换货条规

1. 所调换商品必须具备商品完整的外包装、配件、并说明换货的原因。

2. 本公司所有商品在发货前都经过专人检查以确保衣服没有瑕疵。如果衣服有质量问题,请在
    收货后2天内与我们的客服人员联系商讨调换事宜。

3. 有质量问题的商品只能调换同一款的商品,不能退换其它商品。

4. 有质量问题的商品在保证期内进行的退换,CMMFashion 将承担一半邮费。

5. 超过质量保证期的商品,必需事先取得本店同意,才可将衣服退还。由此增加的邮费将由买
    家承担。


A) 下列情况属于质量问题调换范围:
   ♥  货物上发现大洞。(超过5cm)
   ♥  大面积脏污。


B)下列情况不属于质量问题调换范围:
x  轻微钩针或脱线、微小的洞,有少许线头,剪裁画迹,纽扣不够牢、扣嘴未剪开,拉链坏。
x  有线头、车工不好、一点点小污点、下水洗过退色/缩水。
x  尺寸差距。
x  电脑显示屏造成的色差等无法控制的原因。
x  未经授权的修改、误用、疏忽、滥用、事故。
x  商品曾被非正常使用,修改,滥用,误用。
x  非正常存储、暴露在潮湿环境中。
x  暴露在温度过高或过低温度中。 
x  食物或液体溅落导致的损坏。
x  客户在换货之前未与 CMMFashion 客服专员联系;未经客服批准而擅自退货回我们公司的商
    品。
x  退回产品外包装不完整,配件及所附资料不全。
x  商品标签经拆除,洗涤或穿过的商品。
x  超出换货质量保证期。( 收到货物2天内)
x  非 CMMFashion 所出售产品。
xx 本店一律不接受以颜色不喜欢,色差, 穿着不舒服,没有图片中的漂亮,太透明,太薄,   
     太 大,太小, 做工质量不好。

♥ 如发现质量问题,请在换货前, email本店您的名字,商品号,想交换商品的原因。
♥ 质量保证期为收到商品2天内。
♥ 换货条规只用于售出商品。任何商品在发货时损坏,CMMFashion 将不负责。

Exchange Policy

1. All exchange items should have:-

         (a) Reason of exchange (as stated below);
         (b) Original packing; 
         (c) Accessories (if any), 

 
2. Quality control are done strictly for every item, if you found any defective products, please contact us in     

    2 days after received the goods.
 
3. Exchange item is only allowed for the same model.

 
4. Exchange for defective products must be done within period stated, CMM Fashion will bear half of the 

    postage fee. 
 
5. For exchange exceeded exchange period stated, if CMM Fashion agrees to exchange, postal fee will be 

    bear by buyer.


A) Exchange is ALLOWED according to the below issue:

♥  Large hole (with 5cm above) is accepted for exchange.
♥  Stained color or smudge which cannot wash off (except for clothes inner) is accepted for exchange.

B)Exchange is NOT ALLOWED according to the below issue:

x   Little hairball, small off-line stitches, small hole, button drop off, damage of zipper.
x   Stitch uneven, small stain, small area of dirt, washed (with not obviously, washable or not).
x   Measurement difference (Suppliers won’t have measurement issue).
x   Color difference,
x   Clothes is being altered or washed with color stain.
x   Short of belt, accessories or button (we will replace for you)
x   Misuse or mishandling of product,
x   Incorrect storing method on product, e.g.: in damp environment,
x   Exposure to too high or too low temperature,
x   Dirt cause by food and drinks
x   Any exchange done without contacting our customer service, customer return the product without CMM 

     approval. 
x   Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories
x   Tag was removed and wore item 

x   Exceeded exchange period,
x   Products not purchased from CMM. 

xx  Personal perception (I don’t like after purchased, buyer changed their mind, product not as nice as 
     display image, too big or too small etc)

In order to request for exchange, please email me with your name, item details with code, item problem 
    issue.
Effective period for exchange is valid for 2 days after receiving the goods..
Exchange policy only applies for sold items that have been damaged due to mishandling from our part. Any 
    damages caused during delivery are held beyond our responsibilities.
